Lewis began his career in investment banking, covering M&A and financial restructuring. Later at Bain Capital he was involved in a number investments across a broad range of industries. Lewis has co-founded and played integral roles in several web3 projects covering gaming, AI, and socialfi.
He has been an active investor both in a personal and private capacity in technology and crypto for over 15 years, most recently as investor alongside a successful crypto-focused family office VC.
David Kim General Partner
David is an experienced founder and advisor to multiple start-ups.
He began his career in corporate finance and has since founded multiple businesses in web2 and web3. David founded and sold a fintech business to a financial service conglomerate, served as Head of Product at Australia’s largest mortgage aggregation company, and founded Rethinkable, a leading web3 professional networking site.
David is a member of Korea’s leading KOL agency and actively promotes access to the Korean market for international projects
Michael Ellis Operations
Michael is an experienced operator with specialist experience in financial services and crypto venture capital.
Michael held several roles at RBC Dominion Securities over the course of an 18 year career, ranging from Investment Advisor of HNWI clients to Senior Manager of Business Initiatives where he led major software initiatives.
Later at a leading family office VC, he invested in over 100 early-stage crypto projects and developed the internal operating structures and led several process improvement initiatives.
Vagif Rzayev Venture Partner
Vagif is an experienced founder, venture capital scout and advisor to multiple start-ups.
Vagif has founded a number of ventures spanning ecommerce, music records, and web3 advisory.
Vagif has been an active advisor in the web3 space for several years in his role as Partner at Genezi, a network powered venture capital collective and has assisted dozens of projects with capital raising and go-to-market-strategy.
